Description of Cattle: Cattle will be 90% #1′s and 10% #1 1/2′s. Cattle will be 45 Black or BWF, 15 Red or RWF (one Hereford), and 9 Charolais cross (two pink nose). 25% will have 1/4 ear or less.
Frame: Medium / Large
Flesh: Medium
Weight Spread: 50 – 150 lbs
Horns: Two head with two inch regrowth horns.
Feed: Ten lbs per head per day of a 12% grain ration, hay, grazing and free choice minerals.
Delivery: Load November 25 – 29. Buyer please give a two day notice.
Weighing: Cattle will be loaded on goosenecks and hauled 25 miles to Saluda Livestock Exchange to be weighed with a 2% shrink and $8.00 slide.
Vaccination: Two rounds of Pyramid 5 plus Presponse SQ, two rounds of Vision 7 with somnus, one round Enforce, and wormed with Cydectin injectable.
Comments: Reputation cattle. Good load of feeding cattle. Cattle were purchased as 5 weights.
