Description of Cattle: Cattle will be 90% #1′s and 10% #1 1/2′s. Cattle will be 80% Black or BWF, 5% red or RWF (no Herefords), and 15% Charolais cross (no pink nose). 90% will have 1/4 ear or less. 10% will have 3/8 ear.
