Origin: Georgia and South Carolina
Description of Cattle: Cattle will be 90% #1′s and 10% #1 1/2′s. Cattle will be 50% Black or BWF, 25% Red or RWF (one Hereford), and 25% Charolais cross (one pink nose). 50% will have 3/8 ear or less.
Frame: Medium / Large
Flesh: Medium
Weight Spread: 50 – 100 lbs
Horns: Five head with two inch regrowth horns.
Feed: Ten lbs per head per day of a 12% grain ration, hay, grazing and free choice minerals.
Delivery: Load September 1 – 5. Buyer please give a two day notice.
Weighing: Cattle will be loaded on buyers truck and hauled 20 miles to be weighed with a 2% shrink and $10.00 slide.
Vaccination: Two rounds of Pyramid 5 plus Presponse SQ, two rounds of Vision 7 with somnus, one round Enforce, and wormed with Cydectin injectable.
Comments: Reputation cattle. Good load of feeding cattle. Cattle were purchased as 6 weight steers.
